The inks we use are odorless and 100% safe for the environment and children. Gel inks are also resistant to UV rays and water and they preserve high quality vivid colors for many years. UVgel inks formula ensures image stability, high consistency of colors and visibility of even little details. Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
